Operations & Customer Care Specialist

As a Operations and Customer Support manager you are operating from our The Hague HQ and Showroom. Our offices & showroom are located on an inspirational location overlooking the harbour. With a hands-on approach you know how to structure and manage the customer service process from order to cash. You are the jack-of-all-trades when it comes to supplier management, customers care, trouble shooting and fulfilment. With your hawk-eye on customer experience you guide and improve the process of purchase, delivery and after sales like a true host. In addition you will be responsible for managing part of the assortment, allowing you to be truly involved in the growth & success of DOUXE.

You will be working in small dynamic team from where you will build and manage the customer service team and bring the customer journey to new heights. DOUXE is growing in a fast pace, so we are looking for like-minded characters with a flexible and can-do attitude. If you are ready for a challenge where you are empowered to make changes, build your team and create your own path to success, DOUXE is in the right phase to join. Every day is different, dealing with our international suppliers, warehouse team, logistic partners and of course providing five-star service to our customers. 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for managing and constantly improving the operational processes; customer service, showroom, logistics, warehouse
  • You manage the customer service team as a true participating leader with the review score 10 as a KPI You are meticulously in keeping track of orders and communicating clearly with our warehousing- and shipping partners to ensure customers receive their DOUXE products on time
  • Be our eyes and ears. Collect all that is oh so important to share with your team to keep improving our products and services
  • Lift our customer experience to the highest of levels. You will communicate with customers all across the globe and collaborate closely with your colleagues

  • You are fun, entrepreneurial and hard working.
  • You have a Bachelor or Master Degree
  • You are fluent in both English & Dutch

  • You come with a great dose of energy, are a positive thinker, a true self-starter and people lover who goes the extra mile to service.
  • Flexible to work the occasional Saturday
